Delivery

FREE DELIVERY is available to UK Mainland (Zone A & B) for basket values of £75.00 ex. VAT. For telephone orders this will increase to a carriage paid threshold of £150.00 net.

All items are sent out using either Interlink Express or FedEx, both signed for overnight services. We aim to ship all stock items the same day if ordered before 3pm. However any items that are not in stock, or that require extra time for packaging will be sent out the following day. If you need to check an item, please get in touch.

Timed deliveries or specific shipping requirements, must be agreed with the sales team team prior to checkout to ensure these demands are met.

Heavy items such as swagers and long length items such as steel tube will incur additional carriage charges.

Some hose assemblies will require 1-3 days to manufacturer

Please note if you are ordering and requesting delivery to the following postcodes outside of Zones A & B which includes the following postcodes: AB, BT, DD, FK, HS, IV, KA, KW, KY, PA, PH and ZE  you will incur an additional surcharge and delivery generally takes an extra 3-5 working days longer than the rest of Mainland UK

RETURNS: All returns must be agreed with the sales office prior to sending them and sent with a valid 'goods returned note'. On receipt of the goods we will either offer an exchange or a full refund subject, as long as the goods are received in the same condition that they were sent out. When returning items that have been sent with free delivery, the cost of the delivery will be deducted from the refund value. This will be charged at the current shipping rate.

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return it, please notify us by letter or email within 14 working days after receipt of your item. You will be given a returns number. Please mark the outside of the returning item with this number. Goods returned without a returns number on the outside will be left unopened. Returned items (that are not faulty or damaged in transit) must be in unused 'as new' condition. We shall not be liable for postage costs on unwanted (non-faulty) returns and where applicable we shall charge the full postage charge on these returned items not the subsidised postage charge that we charged upon purchase. If non-faulty returns are not in as-new condition they will be returned back to the customers after the customer has paid for the return postage cost. Return it to us at the address on the website by a recorded means (not special delivery). We will refund all postage costs if an item arrives damaged due to our negligence, faulty or we have sent the wrong item. We will not refund any postage costs for any other circumstances. Items lost or damaged in the post are insured, we will refund/replace and we will claim from the relevant postal services should this be necessary. We will not accept an item is lost in the post untill 10 working days have elapsed from the day after postage (UK only) (please note Royal Mail say 15 working days). Incorrectly addressed or insufficiently addressed items (where the customer has entered the delivery address) that go missing in the post, or are returned to us, will not be compensated for. Where free delivery is given, returns may incurr a delivery charge (this includes the return of part of an order-where we have to test the items) and this will be deducted from any refund. Refunds are made within 15 working days.

All items carry a 12 month warranty. Under warranty items are to be 'returned to base' by the customer, if testing proves the item to be faulty then we will repair any defect that arises due to faulty materials or workmanship free of charge or replace. The Warranty on the replacement product will continuously run from the original purchase date of the original product. This Warranty will be invalid if: faults arise as a result of negligence, item is incorrectly installed or used, tampered with or altered in any way. This Warranty applies to UK mainland and Channel Islands only. Any claims made under the terms of the Warranty must be supported by the original invoice or bill of sale issued at the time of purchase The Warranty is not transferable between other EU Countries.

For items sold outside the UK mainland postcodes and Europe the customer shall be liable for all extra postage costs when returning items for testing or repair and for the return postage costs.

Certain items such as cut lengths of hose, some gas hoses and specially ordered items are not returnable unless faulty. If you would like to find out more before you purchase please call to check prior to ordering.
